The service
StarSnip turns reviews of your business into short videos and, if you approve them, posts them to accounts you connect.
Your responsibilities
Only connect a business you own or are authorized to manage; you approve every video before it is posted.
Plans and billing
Starter $49/month, Pro $99/month, Done-for-you $199/month, billed monthly by card. Regular plans start with a 14-day free trial; a card is required and you’re charged on day 15 unless you cancel. Founding members pay $79/month for as long as they stay subscribed, with a 30-day money-back guarantee: ask within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund.
Cancelling
Cancel online any time from your account; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and you won’t be charged again.
Removing videos
Ask any time and we’ll take a posted video down.
Changes
We’ll email you before changing these terms.
